The Ithaca Police Department reports that they are actively investigating two separate incidents that happened during the early-morning hours of Thursday, where two separate women were touched through a window by an unknown male.
The male is described as being white, in his mid-30s, and clean shaven. Both victims were suddenly awoken when they noted a person touching their body, while standing outside the window.
Both called police and the individual left before authorities arrived.
